SEAOAK is a regional climate and sustainability consultancy with headquarters in the Victorian High Country and Northern Rivers NSW. Our founders have extensive experience working across the public and private sectors, agriculture sector, food and fibre supply chains, energy and natural resources sectors, and corporate and retail sectors.

SEAOAK was established in early 2024 by Ebony Greaves, a former senior leader in Deloitte’s Technology, Climate Advisory and Emissions Solutions teams. Ebony has more than 15 years of experience advising prominent Australian and international organisations. Co-founder and Chief Sustainability Officer Carli Davis brings a background in corporate sustainability leadership roles at PwC, New Zealand Department of Primary Industries and R.M. Williams.

Expertise and quality of a top tier consultancy, with the values and flexibility of a regional business
SEAOAK Consulting offers the expertise and quality of a top-tier consultancy, combined with the agility, values, and cost-efficiency of a regional business. SEAOAK delivers big-four standards of advisory services at a fraction of the cost, ensuring exceptional value without compromising quality.

We are not generalist consultants; we are climate and sustainability specialists with roots grounded in agriculture and food and fibre supply chains. Our team brings deep, practical expertise in climate risk, mitigation, and adaptation, with a track record of embedding climate strategies across diverse organisations. We bring both the technical proficiency and implementation know-how to translate complex issues into actionable, meaningful solutions.

Board of Advisors
SEAOAK is supported by a high-calibre team of five Board Advisors who bring strategic oversight and technical depth to what we do. Our Board of Advisors includes former Partners from Deloitte, KPMG, and EY; impact investment professionals managing billions of dollars in funds; ESG and climate risk leaders from the banking sector; and senior energy and water industry experts. The collective experience of our Advisory Board strengthens everything we do from client engagements and delivering value to our clients, to ensuring governance and rigour across our organisation.
