Strengthening supply chains and landscapes across Australian food and fibre

SEAOAK is a rural food and fibre consultancy with headquarters in High Country Victoria and Northern Rivers NSW. We work at the intersection of agriculture and natural resource management - helping businesses manage climate risk and embed sustainability throughout their organisations and supply chains.

Natural Capital

SEAOAK is an Australian partner of 3Keel, and the Australian Operator of the European Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs) Natural Capital model

LENs has been successfully deployed across 5 regions in Europe (Hungary, Poland, Italy, East of England and Yorkshire), channeling funds directly to farmers for implementing nature-based solutions on their land. Through an Australian partnership, SEAOAK is leading the establishment and operation of LENs initiatives across Australia, working closely with the central LENs team to tailor the European model to Australian landscapes, markets, farming systems, and environmental priorities

Traceability Solutions

SEAOAK supports agribusinesses to implement robust traceability systems that connect production to end markets with credibility. We work across the supply chain from farm to table to map data flows and key traceability events, verify sustainability claims, and strengthen transparency

Our approach integrates traceability with sustainability reporting, certification requirements, and broader strategy, ensuring systems are practical for producers while delivering confidence across the supply chain
