Her work includes advancing ag-tech and climate-tech innovation from development through to commercialisation, as well as enhancing supply chain sustainability and traceability to support low-carbon, climate-resilient outcomes.

Carli Davis
CSO & Co-Founder
Northern Rivers (NSW)
Carli is an experienced strategist with a background in regenerative agriculture who has held sustainability strategy roles at PwC and R.M. Williams. Carli’s work has spanned from farm to fork, including addressing the complex challenges and opportunities within corporate sustainability, waste prevention, regenerative agriculture, soil health and biodiversity.

Tony Simmons
Tony is a founder, advisor and 3-time tech CEO with over 20 years’ experience building and commercialising data, AI and software businesses. Tony's background spans law, media, telecommunications, and emerging tech, with a consistent focus on using technology to solve complex, distributed, industry-wide problems. Tony has raised capital, led scale-ups, and supported emerging companies across software, AI, and data-driven platforms throughout Australia, USA and Europe.

John Wylie
Impact investing: MD of a $2.5 billion fund which delivers a diversified portfolio of development projects in PNG. Also worked on agribusiness projects in Mozambique for another impact investor.
Entrepreneurship: Launched an industrial scale, vertically integrated supply chain to become Australia’s leading producer of FMCG organic chicken.
Strategy consulting: Trained with PCEK Boston Consulting Group before co-founding a successful boutique.
Economic policy: Held senior roles in Australia and overseas.

Carlos Vazquez
Carlos formerly led GHD's commercial advisory for low-carbon fuels in APAC, focusing on Sustainable Airline Fuel (SAF), renewable diesel and biodiesel.
Previously, he also co-founded a biofuels company that secured offtake from a global player and raised private capital. He structured the feedstock supply from 16,000 ha of forestry plantations on regenerated grazing land. Carlos also co-founded a bioenergy and biofuels project development company, leading commercial, financial and feedstock supply components. He was also an investment analyst with a debt fund in New York.
Carlos is Non-Executive Director of Bioena (a solid biofuels producer) and Vulcano (a nature-based solutions developer).

Daniel Lambert
Daniel is a Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member with over 25 years of executive and board-level experience across the private, not-for-profit (NFP), and public sectors. Daniel specialises in governance and high-impact solutions in water, energy, and infrastructure, and is passionate about delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.
