Ebony's career spans more than 20 years in technology innovation and management consulting. She is a rural leader known for bringing together diverse groups of people to tackle some of Australia's biggest climate and sustainability-related challenges.

With an educational background in climate science, sustainable business strategy, and social science, Ebony is passionate about developing practical and scalable solutions for the Australian agriculture industry that build resilient farms, supply chains and landscapes.

Carli Davis

Carli is an experienced strategist with a background in regenerative agriculture who has held sustainability strategy roles at PwC and R.M. Williams.

 

Carli’s work has spanned from farm to fork, including addressing the complex challenges and opportunities within corporate sustainability, waste prevention, regenerative agriculture, soil health and biodiversity.

Project Manager, Natural Capital

James Janakoulis

James combines senior advisory experience from Ernst & Young, KPMG and Pinion Advisory with technical expertise in environmental management and ecology.

 

Passionate about natural capital, biodiversity, climate strategy and carbon accounting, he works to transform complex environmental data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Mat Silver

Mat brings over 20 years of experience across government, industry and the private sector, specialising in farmer engagement, natural capital markets and agricultural innovation.

Grounded in the Hunter Valley and with 100+ consulting projects behind him, he turns complex land management challenges into practical solutions that create shared value across agricultural landscapes.

John Wylie

John is an experienced impact investor and leader across agribusiness, strategy and economic policy.

He is the Managing Director of a $2.5 billion impact investment fund delivering a diversified portfolio of development projects in PNG, and has also worked on agribusiness initiatives in Mozambique.

John launched an industrial-scale, vertically integrated supply chain that became Australia’s leading producer of FMCG organic chicken.

His career includes strategy consulting with Boston Consulting Group before co-founding a successful boutique firm.

Matthew Ryan

Matt has held senior roles with Nestlé in Europe and is currently Technical Director within AECOM's ANZ Environment practice.

He is a sustainability, water resources, and agri‑food systems specialist with over 17 years’ international experience in global FMCG, working at the intersection of agriculture, natural resource management, and supply chain management.

He led the design and scale‑up of water stewardship and regenerative agriculture programs across complex supply chains, including oversight of large farmer networks and multi‑stakeholder partnerships.

Carlos Vazquez

Carlos led GHD’s commercial advisory services for low-carbon fuels across APAC, with a focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), renewable diesel and biodiesel.

He co-founded a bioenergy and biofuels company that secured off-take from and raised private capital, with feedstock supply structured from 16,000 hectares of forestry plantations on regenerated grazing land.

 

His early years were spent working as an investment analyst with a New York-based debt fund.

Tony Simmons - Founder, Operator, Adviso

Tony Simmons

Tony is a founder, advisor and 3-time tech CEO with over 20 years’ experience building and commercialising data, AI and software businesses. His background spans law, media, telecommunications, and emerging tech, with a consistent focus on using technology to solve complex, distributed, industry-wide problems.

 

Tony has raised capital, led scale-ups, and supported emerging companies across software, AI, and data-driven platforms throughout Australia, USA and Europe.

Daniel is a Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member with over 25 years of executive and board-level experience across the private, not-for-profit (NFP), and public sectors.

 

Daniel specialises in governance and high-impact solutions in water, energy, and infrastructure, and is passionate about delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.
