Ebony is an experienced entrepreneur who brings two decades of experience across technology innovation, business management, project management and team leadership. Ebony is passionate about working with the agriculture industry to mitigate climate risks and build resilience across supply chains and landscapes. Ebony is a former Deloitte senior leader, responsible for managing multinational and global programs of work across technology, emissions solutions, and nature-based solutions.

Carli Davis
Carli is an experienced strategist with a background in regenerative agriculture who has held sustainability strategy roles at PwC and R.M. Williams.
Carli’s work has spanned from farm to fork, including addressing the complex challenges and opportunities within corporate sustainability, waste prevention, regenerative agriculture, soil health and biodiversity.

James Janakoulis
Project Manager, Natural Capital
James combines senior advisory experience from Ernst & Young, KPMG and Pinion Advisory with technical expertise in environmental management and ecology.
Passionate about natural capital, biodiversity, climate strategy and carbon accounting, he works to transform complex environmental data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Taryn Armstrong
Taryn is an emerging soil scientist supporting SEAOAK’s work across the agriculture and natural capital sectors.
With a growing specialisation in soil systems and sustainable land management, she contributes strong project support and practical insight to client projects.

John Wylie
John is an experienced impact investor and leader across agribusiness, strategy and economic policy. He is the Managing Director of a $2.5 billion impact investment fund delivering a diversified portfolio of development projects in PNG, and has also worked on agribusiness initiatives in Mozambique. John launched an industrial-scale, vertically integrated supply chain that became Australia’s leading producer of FMCG organic chicken. His career includes strategy consulting with PCEK Boston Consulting Group before co-founding a successful boutique firm.

With over two decades of executive leadership experience, Arvind has successfully established and led ESG & sustainability practices in Australia and India.

Daniel is a Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member with over 25 years of executive and board-level experience across the private, not-for-profit (NFP), and public sectors.
Daniel specialises in governance and high-impact solutions in water, energy, and infrastructure, and is passionate about delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.

Carlos Vazquez
Carlos led GHD’s commercial advisory services for low-carbon fuels across APAC, with a focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), renewable diesel and biodiesel. He has deep experience in structuring and commercialising bioenergy projects, including co-founding a biofuels company that secured offtake from a global player and raised private capital, with feedstock supply structured from 16,000 hectares of forestry plantations on regenerated grazing land. Carlos co-founded a bioenergy and biofuels project development company, leading its commercial, financial and feedstock supply strategy, and earlier worked as an investment analyst with a New York-based debt fund.

Tony has raised capital, led scale-ups, and supported emerging companies across software, AI, and data-driven platforms throughout Australia, USA and Europe.
