A rural leader known for bringing diverse groups of people together to tackle Australia's climate and sustainability-related challenges at scale. Educational background in climate science, sustainable business strategy, and social science. Passionate about developing practical and scalable solutions for the agriculture industry.
At home: Gardening with my daughter, growing 30+ varieties of fruit and veg, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding and hiking.

Carli Davis

At work: Carli is an experienced strategist with a background in regenerative agriculture who has held sustainability strategy roles at PwC and R.M. Williams. Carli’s work has spanned from farm to fork, including addressing the complex challenges and opportunities within corporate sustainability, waste prevention, regenerative agriculture, soil health and biodiversity.
At home: When I’m not at work you’ll find me on the tennis court, on a yoga mat, at the farmers market, or catching a wave (surfing) at the Pass.

At work: James combines senior advisory experience from Ernst & Young, KPMG and Pinion Advisory with technical expertise in environmental management and ecology. Passionate about natural capital, biodiversity, climate strategy and carbon accounting, he works to transform complex environmental data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.
At home: In my out-of-work hours, I'm often out in nature - on a hike, inspecting flora and fauna, or swimming in the ocean.

Allynbrook, Hunter Region NSW
At work: Mat brings over 20 years of experience across government, industry and the private sector, specialising in farmer engagement, natural capital markets and agricultural innovation. With 100+ consulting projects behind him, he turns complex land management challenges into practical solutions that create shared value across agricultural landscapes.
At home: When not working with local farmers you will find me out working on my own small farm, cheering on my daughter at sport, or volunteering with the local RFS brigade.

Roxanne Hiscutt

With a diverse background spanning operations, administration, customer service, events and team management, Roxanne brings a practical, people-focused approach to keeping things organised and moving forward.
She has experience coordinating busy operations, managing competing priorities, supporting teams and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
With a background in graphic design, she also brings a creative eye and a strong appreciation for clear, thoughtful communication and presentation.

John Wylie
John is an experienced impact investor and leader across agribusiness, strategy and economic policy.
He is the Managing Director of a $2.5 billion impact investment fund delivering a diversified portfolio of development projects in PNG, and has also worked on agribusiness initiatives in Mozambique.
John launched an industrial-scale, vertically integrated supply chain that became Australia’s leading producer of FMCG organic chicken.
His career includes strategy consulting with Boston Consulting Group before co-founding a successful boutique firm.

Board Advisor
Matthew Ryan
Matt has held senior roles with Nestlé in Europe and is currently Technical Director within AECOM's ANZ Environment practice.
He is a sustainability, water resources, and agri‑food systems specialist with over 17 years’ international experience in global FMCG, working at the intersection of agriculture, natural resource management, and supply chain management.
He led the design and scale‑up of water stewardship and regenerative agriculture programs across complex supply chains, including oversight of large farmer networks and multi‑stakeholder partnerships.

Carlos Vazquez
Carlos led GHD’s commercial advisory services for low-carbon fuels across APAC, with a focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), renewable diesel and biodiesel.
He co-founded a bioenergy and biofuels company that secured off-take from and raised private capital, with feedstock supply structured from 16,000 hectares of forestry plantations on regenerated grazing land.
His early years were spent working as an investment analyst with a New York-based debt fund.
