What we did

We helped a talent advisory firm navigate the B Corp certification process by assisting them with the B Impact Assessment, identifying improvement areas, and providing weekly support on operational implementation. 

 

We helped the firm prepare quality documents and policies to support them through the verification stages with B Lab, such as a sustainability strategy with science-based targets and ESG key performance indicators.

Project outcomes

The firm is now well-positioned to achieve B Corp certification with a structured approach to continuous improvement. The firm has developed a new service offering focused on helping underrepresented communities and those in need, as well as rolled out a suite of policies, procedures, measurements aligned with the firm's sustainability strategy such as supplier screening, sustainable procurement policy, modern slavery policy and a new code of conduct
